The symptoms can be intolerable personally and impossible intimately.
  • There are safe non-hormonal and hormonal treatments. In this lecture we will review the literature and individualized approach to caring for this patient population including nuances of dosing and the clinical exam. The role of dilators, sexual aides and pelvic relaxation tools.
