Dr. Christine Vaccaro, DO, FACOG, MSCP, is a double board certified and fellowship trained Urogynecologist and Sexual Medicine Specialist practicing in the Washington DC area with Dr Rachel Rubin.
She spent 30 years in the military, starting her career at the United States Military Academy at West Point and culminating, at the rank of Colonel, as the Fellowship Director of Urogynecology at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. She is an associate professor of Gynecologic Surgery & Obstetrics at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD.
She has been a board examiner for specialty and subspecialty certification for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She remains actively involved as a committee member on multiple national and international medical organizations within her subspecialties. She is a well-published researcher and has authored several textbook chapters.
