Lisa Hickman, MD is a urogynecologist and Associate Professor and Division Director of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and also the director of the Childbirth Pelvic Floor Disorders Clinic. She developed an interest in the care of women with advanced obstetric lacerations during her residency at Cleveland Clinic, and established the Postpartum Care Clinic which she ran with Dr. Propst during her fellowship at Cleveland Clinic. She is Vice Chair of the American Urogynecologic Society’s Special Interest Group on Childbirth and Pelvic Floor Disorders and has published multiple research manuscripts on this area. She also has both a clinical and research interest in same day discharge and vaginal hysteropexy techniques.
