APPs new to urogynecology are often overwhelmed with the amount of information and training necessary to be proficient in their role. When joining a practice with a busy surgeon and no other APP to provide guidance it can be very overwhelming. Seasoned APPs can also be presented with challenges when transitioning to a new practice. Please join us on November 13th for a lively interactive discussion with your fellow urogyn APPs. Those new and experienced to the specialty will share their stories and offer guidance on how best to transition into the role.
At the end of this webinar participants will be able to:
  • Verbalize understanding of the role of the APP provider in a urogynecology practice.
  • Describe the skills necessary to function effectively as an APP in a urogynecology practice.
  • Network with other urogyn APPs to facilitate future learning opportunities.
