This lecture aims to provide a framework for the performance and evaluation of urodynamics and video urodynamics in the complex voiding dysfunction patient.

At the end of this webinar, participants will:
  • Identify the appropriate clinical context in which to consider a urodynamic study
  • Understand the utility of fluoroscopy (i.e. video urodynamics) in the select patient
  • Interpret basic and complex urodynamic tracings, and understand their impact on clinical management

Dr Lec is a graduate of the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University, where he also pursued his undergraduate studies in the Program for Liberal Medical Education. He subsequently completed both his Urology residency and fellowship in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at the University of California, Los Angeles.

He has served as faculty in both the department of Urology and division of Urogynecology and Reproductive Pelvic Surgery at Harbor-UCLA medical center since completing his training in 2024. His practice spans urogynecology to urologic oncology, with a clinical and research focus around complex voiding dysfunction and urodynamics.
