The AUGS Mentoring Committee is pleased to host a panel discussion for residents preparing for Urogynecology fellowship interviews. This session will focus on practical strategies for interview preparation, including how to approach pre-interview events, prepare for common interview questions, and effectively communicate your interests and career goals. Panelists—current urogynecology fellows who have recently navigated the interview process—will share firsthand experiences, offer guidance on interview day expectations, discuss how to ask thoughtful questions, and provide insight into appropriate post-interview communication to help applicants feel confident and prepared throughout the process.
