Stephanie Molden, MD, FPMRS - Dr. Stephanie Molden is a Board-certified Urogynecologist and has been in private practice for 15 years as Medical Director & President The Female Pelvic Health Center & Surgicare Associates ASC in Newtown, PA (greater Philadelphia region).  She has been a member of the AUGS Coding & Reimbursement Committee for 8 years and participates in national clinical research studies and peer surgical training. She has also been a Castle Connolly top doctor for 10 consecutive years.

Fareesa Khan, MD - Dr. Fareesa Khan is the division director of urogynecology at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL.  Prior to this she was a solo private practioner in St. Louis. 
 

Charles D. Thompson, MD, FACOG - Dr. Thompson did his residency in OB/GYN at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, finishing in 1992.  He then was in private practice of general OB/GYN for 23 years, first in the United States Air Force, and then in the civilian world.  In 2015, he became board certified in Urogynecology and joined the faculty of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX and is currently the Residency Program Director in the Dept of OB/GYN.  Dr. Thompson has been on the AUGS Coding and Reimbursement Committee for 8 years and now serves as the Chairman of that committee as well as a member of the ACOG Coding and Health Economics Committee.

Dr. Price is a board certified gynecologist with a sub-specialization in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (Urogynecology). She serves as the Medical Director and the Director of Research for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Oklahoma, School of Community Medicine in Tulsa. She received her medical degree from the University of Nebraska. She simultaneously received her master of clinical research degree while completing her fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at the Oregon Health and Sciences University.
